Our return policy is simple. We guarantee your satisfaction with all Essona Organics products.

All products should be inspected when received. If there is a problem, please let us know right away.

How to Return an Item
Please email us at maria@essona.com . Please include:
1.Your original receipt and date you received your shipment.
2. The reason for the return.
3. Which action you’d like us to take: refund, replacement, or exchange.

Always use a shipping service that has insurance and tracking. Please remember that Essona Organics is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Policy

Refund
To be eligible for a refund, client must return the product to our office, within 30 days of original purchase, unused, unopened, in original package, with original receipt. There will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Once we have received and processed your return we will issue a credit to the credit card the purchase was made from. If you paid for your merchandise by check, please allow two weeks for refund check to be processed.
Replacement Replacement of the same product will be made if the product is sent to our office within 30 days of original purchase, with original receipt.

Exchange
Exchanges will be accepted if the product is sent to our office, unopened and unused, within 30 days of original purchase, with original receipt. We will issue you a credit for the full purchase amount toward any Essona organics product.
Because of hygienic reasons, nutritional supplements and superfoods can only be returned unopened with the original outer seal intact.
Downloadable and or digital products (ebooks, books, guides) cannot be returned and will be deducted from any refunds.

Crediting Your Refund
Once we have received and processed your return we will issue a credit to the credit card the purchase was made from. Please allow three weeks for all refunds to be processed.
